By viewing statRacing.com hereby known as statRacing or buy purchasing any items from statRacing, All customers (including dealers) agree to all terms and conditions below.
statRacing is not responsible for any damage, incidental or direct for any part purchased from statRacing.
statRacing reserves the right to change prices listed on our website at any time without notice. Customer will be notified of any price changes before order processing.
Images and pictures are often only an example of the product, and actual product may vary.
Return Policy
Returns or Cancels: Returns must be cleared and authorized through an officer of statRacing Sales within 5 days of receiving the product. All returned products to statRacing are subject to 25% restocking fee. Buyer must pay for all Shipping / Handling fees on any and all returns to statRacing. All products returned for credit must be in the original manufacturer container and never used. The original Buyer is the only person that may request a return for products. All warranty cards, stickers, CARB information and such must be returned with the product. Defective and mis-shipped items may be exchanged only for the originally ordered item only. If statRacing does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, Buyer must accept incurred costs. Wheels and Tires which have been mounted or used are not returnable under any condition unless the wrong item was shipped to above stated Buyer.
When purchasing an item over $250 from statRacing, you acknowledge that you are intending to purchase this item. We do not accept a "cooling off" period. We provide as much information as possible for you to make an educated purchase. If you decide you do not want this item anymore, we can not accept it back. We only accept returns if there was an error on our website, the product is defective, or we shipped the incorrect product. In the rare case that we ship an incorrect product, we will incure all costs associated in getting you the correct product. For items under $250, it will follow the 25% restocking fee above. Once an order has been placed, there is a 25% cancellation fee if you wish to cancel the order before it has shipped. This covers processing expenses. If the item has shipped, and you refuse delivery, we will refund you minus 25% restocking fee for all orders under $250. If the order is over $250, we will hold it until you pay to ship it back to you.
If you want to cancel your order, please make sure with us that it is infact cancelled before you place your order with another company.
Absolutely no returns on body kits or related items. Please make sure you order the correct pieces, and if you are unsure, please check with us first. In the extremely rare case that we ship you the wrong body kit, we will exchange it for you.
Absolutely no returns on any electronic items unless if they are defective. Once a defective electronic item is returned, it is up to the manufacture to replace the item. Defective items will only be replaced, not refunded.
Absolutely no returns on books or cds, or any intellectual property.
