This unit does not yet have a C.A.R.B certification or exemption. It is not recommended at this time on vehicles designed for California emission requirements. Per info from Bosal, use their 099-5561 converter for non-California 1994- 1995 Galant Models with the 2.4L engine ONLY. Eclipse & Talon converters are still being developed.
