The Diversified Environmental converter can be used on 2001-2002 MDX non-California models only. Although the OE converter is 50-state compliant for 2001-2002 MDX models, the Diversified Envirommental converter is still awaiting a C.A.R.B. exemption order, so it is not recommended for use at this time on either 2001-2002 MDX models or 2003-2004 Pilot models designed for California emission standards. The Diversified Environmental converter can be used on 2001-2002 MDX non-California models only.
