Acura Integra Thermal Exhaust
There are exhausts out there that promise horsepower gains for your Acura Integra, but none deliver like the Thermal line of catback exhaust systems. The Acura Integra has a special exhaust need due to it's high RPM band which requires as much low end backpressure as possible, but a free flowing exhaust up top. The Thermal line of exhausts delivers, increasing horsepower and torque across the RPM band on your VTEC and Non VTEC Acura Integra. All Thermal Exhaust systems come polished and deliver a deep throaty sound.
The Thermal CL exhaust system is designed to give more power for those looking at maximum horsepower gains up top. Direct bolt on, with excellent sound and fitment. We recommend the Thermal CL for more aggressively built Acura Integra's.
The Thermal ST exhaust system is made to be a little more quiet than the CL system, at the expense of some high end power. Good for those who want to keep the Integra quiet and not wake up the neighbors, or drive their Integra everyday to work. Good for the Acura Integra that's not heavily modified
The Thermal Turbo exhaust system is for those of you who need the ultimate in free flow exhaust. Designed for cars with a turbo, supercharger or nitrous, this 3" exhaust system is designed for the most top end power, period.

Thermal CL exhaust systems are designed for bolt-in applications and have a deep, throaty sound. CL systems are tuned towards the upper mid-range and top end and are recommended for the more aggressively built vehicle.
Thermal R&D has recently introduced the ST line of exhaust systems built specifically for street performance. These systems are designed to create a mellower exhaust sound. These systems feature the same great look and quality as our CL systems. ST systems are tuned towards low to mid-range power and are recommended on mildly modified vehicles.
Thermal R&D features a line of exhaust systems designed for the Turbocharged Acura and Honda. These systems are made of 3" mandrel bent stainless steel pipe and require some slight modifications to your high-flow catalytic converter. We include an extra 3" flange for an easy installation of the exhaust system. These systems are a true 3" and will not connect to a stock catalytic converter.
