Megan Racing Header
Increase the horsepower and torque of your car with a new polished Megan Racing Header. These are stainless steel headers are direct bolt on applications, and require no modifications to install (except on GSR*). Installation of Megan Racing headers is straightforward and can be done in your driveway in about an hour. Most of our Megan Racing headers come with a new exhaust manifold gasket, so there are no additional required parts. On all Megan headers, there is a location for the oxygen sensor, and each one comes with a o2 bung pre-welded onto the header. Each header is dyno tested for your specific application, so you make the most horsepower and torque possible. Unlike other companies, Megan Racing believes in creating application specific headers, and not using universal parts that are made to work on many different cars.

*The GSR header is a JDM style, so it has a 2.5" outlet. Due to this, you will need to have a 2.5" inlet on your catalytic converter or testpipe for it to be a true bolt on.

Megan Racing Header
The GSR header will work on a B16A2 right? Reason is I want the 2.5" JDM outlet on my B16
From Megan Racing: The fitment to the engine and clearance will work but the collector is 2.5" and the cat is way smaller. It will not be perfect bolt on so mods will be needed in order for this to work. Customer will need a 2.5" catalytic converter.
From STREETWERKZ: is the part number MR-SSH-HC8800SI a 4-1 design or a 4-2-1 design?
The HC8800SI header is a 4-1 design, and offers the best top end power which helps to enhance VTEC. There is a 2.25" Collector, and is a direct bolt on.
From low'n'fro: I can vouch for the Megan GSR header....it works!! Just make sure you get a new cat with 2.5'' Inlet for the best power gains. I was skeptical at first but I decided to give it a try and with a free flowing cat like the Carsound/Magnaflow and exhaust it really made a difference. It also looks good when you pop the hood. Bump for a good deal!!!!
Regarding part number MR-SSH-HP92V: The picture shows a header
without flex piping. I thought that flex pipe is normally attached to 4-2-1
header but in your picture, it ends right after the oxygen sensor. Does this
Megan racing header, for a 92-96 prelude VTEC have the flex piping or any
pipe in the place for it? Will this header connect to the cat, which has a
triangular 3 hole pattern instead of a diamond shaped 2 hole pattern?
From Megan Racing: The picture shown is not of actual product. The prelude headers requested does offer a flex pipe and it is completely bolt on.
I have a b20b on the 90 Integra DA, with stock everything. Which header do I order for the b20b motor? There is no selection for one on Megan Racing. Just to make sure, should I just go and order the Acura Integra 90 header for my application?
From Megan Racing: I ran a b20b motor in my 96 Honda Civic Hatch before... I used the GSR header but keep in the mind the collector is 2.5" so you would have to redo the exhaust piping in the catalytic converter or the exhaust for the header to fit without any exhaust leak. Another thing to keep in mind is clearance of the header to the floor. These GSR headers sit pretty low to the floor so it will cause some issues scraping and rubbing on driveways and speed bumps.
Megan Racing Toyota Yaris Header
The new trend for today's automaker is starting to become more prodominantly about Power:Weight Ratio. When you weight reduce a vehicle the performace will drastically increase in almost every aspect; braking, acceleration, handling and even fuel efficiency.
Toyota realized this potential with it's new line-up which included the Yaris. The Yaris's egglike appearance aids in the aerodyniamic efficiency of the vehicle and also seems to act as a disguise for the incredible potential within this lightweight chassis.
Megan Racing has developed a series of parts for the Yaris to draw the most potential from this featherweight. With the development of the Damper System and the Axle Back, we have also developed a set of Equal-Length 4-1 Headers to give the engine a kick in power throughout the RPM range.
An engine is a pump; to make that pump work more effectively you want to reduce restriction before and after the powerplant. These headers feature slightly larger primaries and smooth mandrel bends to increase the CFM of the exhaust manifold and allow the engine to "breathe" more effectively thus increasing power.
Megan Racing Lexus IS250 Header
The new Lexus IS250 follows in the footsteps of it s IS lineage and does not disappoint with it s astounding performance and handling. The 2.5L V6 engine screams through the powerband effortlessly with it s strong mid-range and impressive high-end performance.
Unfortunately, being a Luxury car, Lexus had to tone down the car a bit to make it more civilized and conservative for it s target audience. This takes away from the cars full potential.
For this reason, Megan Racing has developed the full exhaust system for the new IS250. The product that you are currently viewing is the Header system for the IS250 which also delete the Catalytic Converters. By replacing the OEM manifolds and catalytic converters, you are replacing the most restrictive part of your vehicles exhaust system and allowing the engine (which is basically a pump) to operate and flow more efficiently. This gives you more torque, horsepower, quicker revs and increased fuel economy.

The header for this car is extremely difficult to install, professional installation is REQUIRED. WILL NOT FIT THE AWD/4WD IS250.
Megan Racing Mitsubishi Eclipse Non Turbo Header
The 2G-DSM cars have been well known for their Turbocharged GST and GSX, but most have over-looked the potential of the GS/RS Models. With it s large 2.0L Displacment and High-Flowing DOHC Head, the Naturally Aspirated motor in the GS is a strong competitor with most other sport compact cars in its class.
