Fidanza Cam Gears
Fidanza adjustable cam gears are made from the highest quality 6061 T6 aluminum. They are CNC machined to more exacting tolerances than original gears. The tooth edges are beveled to increase belt life. With twelve degrees (both advance and retard) of laser etched adjustments, you can be assured of proper and precise tuning.
The inner ring of the cam gear is designed for strength, function, and precision. Stainless steel studs are threaded through the backside of the outer gear. The inner gear is then fastened with stainless steel nuts and lockwashers. This enables an increase in the amount of torqu used to tighten the fasteners, with no risk of stretching to the aluminum threads. All chain drive gears have a 1050 steel outer spocket. All belt drive cam gears are made from 6061 T6 aluminum.
All Fidanza Cam gears are sold individually. If your vehicle has twin or quad gears and you want to replace more than one then it is necessary to buy as many as you require.

Before we decided to design our adjustable cam gears we first took a look at what was on the market. Once we saw what was out there we knew we could build a better product, so we did. Fidanza adjustable cam gears are made from the highest quality 6061 T6 aluminum. They are CNC machined to more exacting tolerances than original gears.The tooth edges are beveled to increase belt life. With twelve degrees (both advance and retard) of laser etched adjustments you can be assured of proper tuning. The inner ring is designed for strength, function, and precision. Cam gears allow for complete and total adjustment of timing of the cams. This allows you to fine tune and extract every last horsepower lurking in your engine. These are also lighter then stock and help to reduce that ever important rotating mass. These also help when timing changes occur due to head milling/decking.
The gears allow for a total of 20 degrees adjustment and are etched in 1 degree increments. 10 degrees retard or advance.
The fidanza gears use a unique locking system. The studs are locktighted into the hub of the gear with lock nuts locking the gear at the desired setting. This assures that the threads in the softer aluminum will not be stripped out and the gears will last longer. Available for the SOHC and DOHC. It is recommend that you utilize a chassis dyno to tune your car.
